How does your pricing work?

GrowRecruit charges based on the number of active jobs or talent pools you need. An active talent pool or job is one that is not archived or deleted. All plans include multiple users so you will never have to pay more unless you upgrade your plan.

What counts towards the jobs and talent pool quota?

Only jobs and talent pools which have not been deleted or archived count towards the quota

Is my data safe

All your data is stored encrypted and is transferred to us over a secure SSL connection. We use Amazon Web Services as our host and your data is stored within the EU.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you would like to pay using another payment method please contact us at support@growrecruit.com

Can I change my plan at any time?

Definitely, you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your plan at anytime from within the app.

Is unlimited really unlimited?

You bet. Unlimited candidates, unlimited documents on all our plans. Just pay for the number of jobs or talent pools you need.

How does my free trial work?

It couldn't be easier. Just sign up and enjoy instant access to all the benefits of GrowRecruit. You do not need a credit card and you can use everything for free for 14 days. Once your trial expires you will need to provide payment to continue using GrowRecruit. If you don't provide a payment method after 7 days of your trial ending we will automatically close your account.
